Delivery
all orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48 as standard (should this service not be suitable or possible, we may use another courier, such as Inpost to ensure your order arrives promptly). We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and this is usually within 1-2 working days (Not including weekends or Bank Holidays).

Once your Order has been dispatched (you will receive confirmation of this via email) Your order should arrive within 2-4 working days (not including Weekends). Should your order have not been received after 7 working days from receiving your dispatch email, then please let us know!
Please note there is no guarantee on Delivery timescales, as they are only an estimate.

At present, we deliver to UK Mainland only, however if you have a special request, please do get in touch and we can look into this for you! ​ Standard Postage & Packaging costs £3.99 or free when spending over £30*

Returns
We will happily accept returns within 14 days, providing the item(s) are returned back to us undamaged, in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition. To start your return please contact us as soon as possible via email to cuteandcosyco@gmail.com. the cost of return is the responsibility of the customer.
Please Note, When returning any items from an order where delivery costs were paid, the cost of delivery is non-refundable and so this will be deducted from your refund.

Damages
​
Whilst a great deal of care is taken to ensure your order arrives safely, if your order arrives damaged, please get in contact within 24 hours of delivery via email to cuteandcosyco@gmail.com so we can get this resolved for you as soon as possible. Please include photos of the damaged items and photos of the packaging to enable us to start a claim.
