Can I make a change to my order after I have placed my order and paid?

It may be possible to make changes, as long as we haven't already prepared or dispatched your order. Should you wish to make a change, please do get in contact as soon as possible via email at cuteandcosyco@gmail.com.​​

I can't quite find what I am looking for - can you help source other pieces?

We are always on the look out for new pieces to include and regularly update the website with new in products, but if you don't see quite what you are after, let us know by emailing us at cuteandcosyco@gmail.com and we will see what we can do!​

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
​
We will happily accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order providing the item(s) are returned back to us undamaged, in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Should you wish to make a return, please contact us via email. The cost of return is the responsibility of the customer and the original postage costs are non-refundable.

Please note candles, diffusers, wax melts, outlet and sale items are non-returnable. ​

We do not offer exchanges.

My order has arrived damaged, what should I do?
​
Whilst a great deal of care is taken to ensure your order arrives safely, if your order arrives damaged, please get in contact within 24 hours of delivery via email to cuteandcosyco@gmail.com, including photo's of the damage and we will do our best to get this resolved promptly.
